ERGO will be unavailable Friday 4th April 17:00 – Sat 5th April 17:00 due to maintenance work for underlying systems


May 1st, 2013

ERGO Downtime 7th May 17:30 – 8th May 10:00

ERGO may be unavailable during the above period as it will be down for database maintenance. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.

ERGO Downtime – 12th April 9am-10am

The ERGO website will be unavailable for a few minutes between 9am – 10am Friday 12th April. The downtime is necessary so minor updates can be applied.

Minor Updates will be applied to ERGO during 9-10am Friday 22nd March – ERGO may be unavailable during this time.

ERGO update

On Friday 19th October we successfully updated ERGO. This release includes the following:

  • Updating email software
  • Added date received by RGO to RGO menu
  • Amended wording of extensions email
  • Re-organised the help pages and added departmental email address.

New features for Administrators

On Friday 18th may we successfully installed the latest patch of ERGO which includes the ability for administrators to add ALL committee members to a submission. This should prove useful for those administrators working in Health Sciences.

We also fixed a bug which limited the length of submission names to 255 characters.
